Last week with mommy

I am so sad because my mommy is going back to work next week. She is not looking forward to going back and leaving me at daycare. At least I get to stay with grandma, great-grandma, and Aunt Amy. I'm sure it will be fun, but I will miss hanging out all day and going to the mall with mommy. Mommy says there is only 13 weeks left of school when she goes back and then we will go to the swimming pool everyday. Yeah! I have been smiling a lot lately, mostly at daddy. I love my Baby Beluga music. I kick my feet and move my hands to the music. Mommy thinks I look so cute when I "dance" to the music. My aunt Cathy and cousin Jackson were in town last weekend. They were here for a short time, but we still had fun. Our house is starting to look more like a house. Mommy and daddy took grandma and grandpa to the house this weekend. They all had to wear bags on their feet because it is so muddy. It was pretty funny. The builders will be siding the house this week so mommy and daddy will probably take new pictures. 5.5 weeks

So mommy and grandma took me to Sears today to have my pictures done. Mommy had to wake me up because I was sleeping so I was not very cooperative. In fact this is one of only a couple good pictures. After mommy left Sears she swore she could have probably got online to figure out how to get the pictures without spending so much money. Well, she spent the money and she figured out how to get the pictures. This is one of them. Don't I look so cute? Next time mommy knows not to spend so much money. Sorry Daddy! Hi Daddy! I'm Glad Your Home!

We survived! Daddy was in Indiana all last week, but mommy and I survived. Thanks to Grandmas, mommy was able to get her homework done for her grad program. She seems to be having a hard time making time for her homework. I think she would rather play with me. I am a little over 5 weeks old now and weigh about 10 pounds. I have really started playing with my hands and kicking my feet. I love my mirror also. Mommy and daddy seem to take me EVERYWHERE. We never seem to stay home except at night. I guess that is why I have been sleeping so well. This Thursday my aunt Cathy and cousin Jackson are coming into town from Texas. I can't wait to see them. I have met them once, but I was way too little. I was still in the hospital. I am looking forward to being spoiled by more people. Mommy and daddy are going to leave me home with Grandma on Saturday and go out with mommy's sisters and brothers. I am going to have so much fun with Jackson and Grandma.
