My first and hopefully last surgery!

After many ear infections my mommy and daddy decided to put tubes in my ears and have my adenoids taken out. The picture of me coming at the camera is before the surgery. The other pictures of me are 2 days after the surgery. Wow, how I can balance and climb. If you look close at the table you can also see how I also like to chew. Mommy's table has bite marks all over it. I have learned to park the car next to the table or couch and then climb on it. As for standing on the car, I have been doing that for weeks. Thank God I didn't try that after my surgery because I probably would have been thrown off balance and face planted into something. I have also learned to climb on my stairs and even underneath the gate if it is not tightly secured. Mommy came out to find me because she could not hear me playing. I tricked her. I was all the way at the top of the stairs because I got under the gate. When mommy called for me I giggled at the top of the stairs. She was so freaked out! The next time I tried to get under the gate, I got stuck and cried. It hurt! I think my parents have figured out that I will try to do whatever I want when I want! The next challenge for my parents is to get me back in my bed all night. Since I have been so sick they have been cuddling and loving me and even letting me sleep in their bed when I cry. The challenge started tonight and I cried for over an hour. Oh wait, I'm up again and mommy is frustrated! This will be a fight! I hope all is well with everyone! Talk to you soon!

My mullett is gone!!!!

Well mommy finally got my haircut. As you can see, I didn't like it much! Niki Roberts (Moxley) offered me a sucker and I wouldn't even lick it. I did take her up on the offer of crackers as you can see in the middle picture. My uncle Brian will be so proud because he was making fun of my mullett. I do have a little curl left, but not much. My hair is definitely not crazy like it used to be. My grandma Mauer says my haircut makes me look like a little boy and not a baby. That was the look I was going for g-ma! Mommy and I stayed home sick today and probably tomorrow also. Mommy has a bad case of JUNK and the Dr. put her on a antibiotic. I of course have a double ear infection. UGG! Mommy and daddy have to decide if they are going to put tubes in or not. The Dr. told mommy today we could wait and see if I get one more this winter or they could just go visit an ENT. They have a big decision to make and are nervous on what is the right one. I hope all is well with everyone and keep your fingers crossed that my parents make the right decision! Talk to you soon!

My baby cousin is here!!!!

My baby cousin, Carly Kate Meyers was born on Thursday, January 29th. Before I went up and saw her at the hospital, daddy picked me up early and I went "sledding" in the front yard. Daddy really just pulled me around in the little bit of snow that we had in the front yard. I loved it. I had so much fun. I really enjoyed eating the snow. Mommy was hoping that the snow that I ate was not yellow, but who knows. After sledding, I got to go to the hospital and see Hannah, Sophie, Amy, Josh, and Carly. I love all of them so much and I am so happy for them. I can't wait for Carly to get old enough to play with. I tried to play with her at the hospital, but all she did was lay there. I just don't understand why she does not get up and go like me. As for me, there is nothing new except that I LOVE pizza. As you can see in the above picture I have it all over me. I am just like my mother. I love pepperoni pizza! On Saturday I stayed in my PJ's until one o'clock. Daddy thought that was weird, but I didn't even notice. On Sunday, I had my first donut. I loved it! Thanks daddy for taking me with you and letting me pick out my donut. I enjoyed all the chocolate frosting and I can't wait to have another one when you get home. I hope all is well with everyone. Talk to you soon.
