We are back!!!

Sorry it has been so long since my mommy last blogged. We have been extremely busy. Since our last post a lot of things have gone on at our house. In February mommy had to have some surgery done. Her c-section scar had never healed right and they went in and did exploratory surgery. Right away they found a nerve wrapped in scar tissue. They cut the nerve and mommy recovered very quickly. She is now back to running and not having pain. My mommy and daddy took Josie and I to Fontenelle Forest and we got to pet a rabbit and hike through the forest. It was awesome. I got to run around like a mad man. As for me I am pretty much as crazy as ever. I have even taught my sister some new tricks. She is walking and climbing like a mad woman. Today she climbed on the chair and started jumping, just like I do. She also climbed the steps (because I moved the gate while daddy was going to the bathroom) and she fell down two of them and hit her head. She is tough. Some of my new sayings are "Mom, you didn't stop at the stop sign. You should call the cops and let them know.", " hey lady"- that is what I call mommy sometimes, "I need my pribacy" while going to the bathroom, "can I please go outside" all the time, "my penis told me it has to go potty" (in the middle of Target). I still have a hard time sleeping in my bedroom all night long. I love mommy and daddy's bed so much. I stumble in their bedroom at some point at night and cuddle with mommy and daddy. The last couple of weeks it has been Josie, mommy, daddy, and me. Yesterday Josie got tubes so mommy assures me that Josie will be in her room all night long. Mommy also tells me that the sleep fairy has some cool toys for me if I would stay in my room. Did you know the sleep fairy e-mails my parents and lets them know what kind of toys she is going to bring me? Maybe the next time we blog, I will be sleeping in my bed. NOT! As for my sister, she is a little peanut. She is almost 10 months old and weighs about 20 pounds. She is extremely short, just like me. She started taking steps and moving around furniture at 8 months and now is walking around the house as you can see in the video. Josie still falls sometimes and seems to crawl when she wants to get somewhere fast, but does like to walk. She loves to cuddle with me. Mommy says she is going to put her in my bed as soon as she is old enough and then we can cuddle each other all night long. I can't wait to have my little sister cuddle with me. Oh, and if you looked at her bib in the picture above, she doesn't have a big sister, but that bib was obviously a cousins. Over St. Patty's week, mommy and daddy flew out to Vegas to visit with some old friends and to get away for a couple of days. That picture above is the strip view from their hotel room at the Cosmopolitan. Mommy said it was an awesome hotel. Josie and I had so much fun while they were away. We stayed 3 nights at grandma and papa Mauer's and the days and one night at gma and papa Meyers'. Every time that mommy and daddy called during the day, I was riding my bike in gma Meyers' house. Mommy and daddy couldn't believe that she let me actually ride my bike in the house. Well when my parents returned, I did the same thing at my house. The problem is, mommy doesn't like me riding the bike inside because I leave dirt marks on her wood floor. I tell her "grandma Marcia lets me ride in the house." Mommy and daddy have given up and just let me ride away! They can't wait for it to get nice out so I can take my bike outside. Mommy has been very busy at work with some new training and her 25 students she serves in a day. She is exhausted from some of her ornery kids. She says she is ready for summer. As for daddy, he started a new job. He left Werner Enterprises in February and started working at Con Agra. He seems to like it, but he has a lot to learn as this job is very different from his past one. I will try to make my mommy update more often, but I can't promise anything. Hope all is well with everyone and hopefully we will talk soon.
P.S.
My baby girl cousin Mauer will be arriving in May. Addison is going to be a big sister already. Keep them in your prayers so all goes well!
