I am getting so big!

Well, it has been awhile since Mommy updated the blog, but we have been busy! Last week I was sick with what they doctor called Roseola, which is a fever for a couple of days and ends in a rash. I also had some fluid in both my ears. The Dr. told mommy to watch for a fever and call so they could treat it if they needed to. So far so good! Mommy also started her last grad class on Saturday so she is going to be busy for the next 4 weeks, but then she is done. She will have her masters and never have to go back to school again. YEAH! Mommy keeps telling me this is my last week at daycare because school is out. I can't wait to hang out with mommy and my cousins all summer at the pool. I'm sure grandma, aunt Amy, great-grandma Pete, and grandpa will be sad not to see me everyday, but they will have to come watch me at the pool. I'm pretty sure I will love the water since I love the bath. I started eating cereal, oatmeal, and my favorite, sweet potatoes. I don't care much for oatmeal, but my cousin Sophie keeps telling me that it is so yummy and I need to eat it. I am giggling a lot at whatever you say or do to me. I can also roll, occasionally, from front to back, but as for the back to front, I have only done that once. Nobody was even paying attention. Mommy came into check on me because I got quiet and I was stuck on my belly. Mommy and the family are just waiting to see me do it again. I went to my aunt Thu and uncle Brian's tonight and Thu danced with me. I loved it. My uncle Brian held me and I don't think I even spit up on him. I hope all is well with everyone else, but I am asleep and mommy needs to do some homework. Talk to you soon.

We're Back----Sorry!!!!

Well, it was a busy week last week and that is why there was no post. Andrew was traveling Tuesday-Thursday and then we left to go go to the Kentucky Derby. Drew stayed with G-ma and G-pa Meyers and according to them he was great. Andrew and I had so much fun. We went there on Friday morning and met up with Dave Vannier and his wife Becca, who are expecting a baby in August. On Saturday morning we ate a big breakfast and headed to the track. We got there at the tail end of the first race. We stayed all day long, had many drinks, and even saw some stars. This is the best people watching place on earth. I will have to say if anyone ever gets the chance to go, GO. It is worth every penny that is spent. If you look at our picture above, you can see we were right on the railing and that is actually where our seats were. Not only on the railing, but the first turn of the race. Again, this is one of the most amazing events to go to, so if you get the chance, go. As for Drew, he is doing great. He is really starting to get a personality. I think the above pictures shows how much he still looks like his dad. I wonder when he will start looking like me? I still think he resembles his uncle Brian a little. He is eating cereal and making a mess every night before he goes to bed, but it is so fun to watch him. He is so entertaining now. Drew has not rolled over yet, but man he is ready to go at anytime. I'm sure it will be someday when I'm at work. We have 2 weeks of school left (YEAH) and hopefully just about 6 weeks or so on our house. In 2 weeks, we will start going to Cabana everyday, so if anyone wants to join us, we will have a punch card so let me know. Hope all is well with everyone.
