So my mom says she is really sorry that it has been so long since the update. We have been busy. Josie started moving and trying to crawl in the beginning of December and by Christmas she was crawling and into everything. Mommy and her spent Christmas morning opening a present while the rest of us slept in. Josie unwrapped it by herself. She loved all the wrapping paper. As for me, I woke up to lots of new things. Santa brought me a workbench and lots of other toys. Then we spent Christmas with the Meyers side at our house. I got a train set from grandma and papa Meyers. It was awesome, but unfortunately it took my daddy awhile to put together. After eating all day long we headed to grandma and papa
Mauer's for more food and presents. By the end of the day I had so many new toys and things to play with. Two days later, we had my birthday party. We had all the family and my mommy says it was chaotic, but I had so much fun. I again got lots of fun and cool toys. Thanks everyone for all the great gifts. I can't believe that I am three years old and neither can mommy and daddy. Besides my birthday and Christmas, I also had my 3 cousins sleep over. As you can see by the picture we all looked tired and were in bed by 9. Mommy and daddy were exhausted also and were in bed by 10:30 that night. Great sleep over according to my mommy and daddy.
OK so back to my sister and I. Josie is now crawling and into everything. She is pulling herself up on everything and trying to learn to walk. Mommy thinks she is going to walk early just like me. She does try to be like me. Josie gets into my toys, tries to crawl on top of me, and even sometimes pulls my hair. However, I know she really loves me because she holds my hand when we are both tired and loves to lay on the couch with mommy and I. Josie has been a little sick the last couple of weeks. She came down with Croup again before New Years and it turned into
Pneumonia by New Years Day. She has also had fluid behind one ear for the last couple of weeks. As of right now they will wait and see for about 3 months before looking at putting tubes in her ears. As for me, I have been healthy up till today. I was running a 101.8 temp and just not feeling well. Luckily mommy had the day off work because of
MLK and therefore she hung out with Josie and I. We laid around on the couch pretty much all day since neither Josie or I were feeling well. Mommy is hoping that Josie and I are feeling well tomorrow so she can go to work. She only has one more kid day to take and does not want to take it yet. Keep praying for us to be healthy.
