Summer is officially over!

Summer is over and mommy headed back to work today. She was very sad to leave me at Grandma Meyers', but yet excited to get back to a routine. I am sad because I do not get to hang out with mommy everyday, but I guess grandma is ready to play with me. This past weekend we had a sleepover at my house and then at my cousins house. On Friday night, Hannah, Sophie, and baby Carly stayed the night with us. It was so fun. I tried to pick on Carly a little bit. Infact mommy got to see what I would be like as a big brother some day and boy are my siblings in for a rude awakening. On Saturday we went to Aunt Amy and Uncle Josh's house to play in the lake. Mommy and daddy let me get in the lake, but I was not allowed to go under the water because of my tubes. We also got to go for a boat ride. Mommy and daddy had three different parties to attend on Saturday so I got to stay at my cousins' house. It was so fun. I even got to snuggle with Aunt Amy for some of the night because of course I am still not sleeping through the night and just want to cuddle with somebody. Thanks Aunt Amy for being kind and letting me sleeping with you and not making me cry like mommy and daddy. I am still a very busy little guy. I like to climb, especially at the park, like the picture above. I love to play outside whenever possible. I am really into catching bugs and frogs and playing with them. I even had a bee on me at the pool last week and I tried to pet it, but mommy was quick to flick it off me so I didn't get stung. Thank God! I am hoping one day my mommy and daddy will let me keep some of the creatures I capture as a pet, like my nice neighbors the Bach's. They have a pet snake and plenty of our frogs! Mommy and daddy say they are not allowed to come and get anymore of our frogs. NO MORE as daddy and I would say! I hope all is well with everyone and pray that my parents are nice enough in the near future to give me a pet that I capture outside our house.

Tell your Mommy to clean up her classroom and cross her fingers for some good kiddos!
